Job Summary: Professional to provide technical supervision of nighttime teams, coordinate field activities, support teams, and ensure contract compliance, with a focus on people management and critical analysis. Critical analysis and proposal of solutions for field inspections * ***Requirements:*** Completed High School education. Driver's License Category B. Experience in team supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical projects. People management. Critical analysis. Proactivity. NBR 5101 certification is desirable. * ***Responsibilities:*** Provide technical supervision of nighttime work involving internal and third-party verification teams. Critically review and contribute to the planning of field inspections. Monitor nighttime work jointly with the Independent Inspector / Granting Authority. Support motorized patrol and photometric verification teams in case of equipment issues. Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) with motorized patrol and photometric verification teams. Inspect equipment used by verification teams, third parties (tape measure and luxmeter), and Quality Assistants. Report contractual non-compliance by third parties (e.g., lack of PPE, unmarked vehicles). Daily planning of team activities together with planning teams (assistants/analysts), including assignment, guidance, and monitoring of execution according to job characteristics, as well as professionals' capacity, skills, and experience. Propose solutions for field inspections encountering on-site interference.
