Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization * ***Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields Proven experience of at least 2 years in contract, construction, or operations management. Experience in performance indicator management, operational planning, and cost control. Strong communication skills, leadership, proactivity, critical analysis, and people management. * ***Responsibilities:*** Coordinate public lighting network maintenance operations, ensuring execution in accordance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and legal/contractual requirements. Develop action plans to achieve operational performance targets and indicators. Support operations management in analyzing results and making strategic decisions. Manage field teams together with supervisors and the operational planning team, promoting integration and process efficiency. Coordinate fleet utilization and maintenance, ensuring availability and cost control. Plan maintenance procedures and define frequency for preventive and corrective maintenance services, as stipulated in the concession agreement. Make operational decisions, route internal requests, and establish external contacts with agencies and partners (e.g., PBH, BHTrans, CEMIG). Analyze departmental processes and propose improvements to maximize results and reduce risks. Ensure adherence to technical excellence standards, occupational safety, corporate security, environmental protection, quality, cost, and schedule. Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Promote ongoing training and capacity building for teams to support technical updates and improve operational performance.
