Ethical, courteous, and respectful conduct **Job Description – Store Auditor / Loss Prevention Auditor** The Store Auditor is responsible for loss prevention, monitoring all store areas, overseeing customer, employee, and merchandise movement. Their role aims to identify potential risks, prevent theft, damage, and irregularities, ensuring asset security and adherence to internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the entry and exit of customers, employees, and merchandise. * Conduct preventive patrols in sales areas, stockrooms, and other premises. * Observe suspicious behavior and act according to company procedures. * Enforce security and loss prevention policies. * Assist in merchandise verification when required. * Support access control for service providers and visitors. * Document incidents and report irregularities to responsible personnel. * Maintain organization, security, and integrity of company assets. * Collaborate with store teams to reduce operational and financial losses. * Adopt a proactive approach, always demonstrating ethical, courteous, and respectful public interaction. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention to detail and strong observational skills. * Responsibility and professional ethics. * Effective communication skills. * Emotional stability. * Agility in decision-making. * Knowledge of security and loss prevention procedures. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
