Main Responsibilities * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation as directed by leadership; * Perform hygiene procedures for food, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas; * Organize and store ingredients according to food safety standards; * Assist in buffet setup and restocking; * Support food production served in the restaurant; * Maintain organization of the kitchen and cold rooms; * Properly separate and dispose of waste, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Comply with Good Food Handling Practices and occupational safety procedures. Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Agility, organization, and commitment.
