Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, positive, and proactive professional who is passionate about sales, skilled in negotiation, experienced in managing B2B clients, and focused on results—to drive lead conversion and retention, as well as sales management. Above all, we want someone who is as passionate about their work as we are! * Convert leads prospectively identified by the company; * Assess customer potential and needs; * Map sales opportunities, identify customers interested in our products, follow up on unconverted opportunities, and manage activity tracking for management oversight; * Send and track commercial proposals; * Monitor the sales pipeline; \- POST-SALES \- resolve issues by acting as the interface between the customer and the company/Retention; * Conduct scheduled audio or video conferences whenever necessary; * Identify opportunities and understand customer needs to effectively present our service portfolio, best meeting customer expectations; * Manage and overcome customer objections; * Keep the CRM updated.
