This position is ideal for communicative, organized, and proactive professionals who enjoy interacting with people and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Client engagement and relationship management with active clients; * Supporting the customer journey in coordination with the law firm; * Conducting follow-ups and maintaining continuous contact; * Encouraging referrals and generating new opportunities; * Recording and organizing information in the system; * Assisting with administrative tasks related to clients. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented profile; * Proficiency in customer service; * Prior experience in customer service, CS, or sales is a plus; * Law degree is not required. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Customer Success or post-sales roles; * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools; * Commercial mindset and results-driven orientation.
