Conduct employee hiring, termination, and vacation control for client companies. Provide customer support to the client portfolio, clarifying doubts and advising on HR department routines. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR department routines. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations.
