Control and verification of construction phases Monitor construction projects and related designs; assist in preparing budget spreadsheets and schedules; monitor and verify various construction phases. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday **Stipend:** R$1\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in researching new materials, techniques, and procedures through market research to select manufacturers based on cost-effectiveness; \- Assist in construction site supervision under the engineer’s guidance; * Prepare daily construction logs under the supervision of the responsible engineer; * Assist in preparing budgets and schedules, conducting property surveys, service measurements, etc.; * Safeguard materials and equipment under one’s responsibility used during work execution to extend their service life; * Perform tasks observing occupational safety requirements, properly using PPEs and adhering to behavioral standards, complying with applicable legislation and internal regulations; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to one’s area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to help define actions to be taken and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes; \- Comply with quality management guidelines established by Santa Casa BH; \- Complete daily construction logs; \- Prepare photographic reports documenting various construction phases; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Course(s): Architecture Semester(s): 3rd We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
