This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees' well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** ● Operational and Strategic Management: Day-to-day operations and maintenance of the department; creation and implementation of processes to meet internal and external demands. ● Onboarding and Offboarding: Control of employee onboarding, offboarding, and labor documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. ● Vacation and Payroll: Analysis and calculation of vacation entitlements and payroll, including data entry, verification, and submission for payment. ● Benefits Administration: Procurement and administration of benefits such as multi-benefit cards (meal/food allowance, transportation/mobility allowance), health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, Wellhab, OnHappy, and other partnerships offered by the Houer Group. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ● Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desirable:** ● Familiarity with Labor Legislation. ● Experience with eSocial. ● Prior experience in the Human Resources Department. ● Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). ● Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. ● Familiarity with the Domínio and Sólides Ponto systems. ● Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. ● Basic understanding of PPPs and concessions. **BENEFITS:** ● Amil Health Insurance Plan ● Dental Insurance Plan ● Meal/Food Allowance ● Gympass ● Corporate University ● Extended paternity leave, including for adoptive fathers ● Health Program.
