Recruitment and selection support, as well as employee onboarding EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY \| HR ASSISTANT **Work Location:** On-site **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 Job Description We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to support Human Resources and Personnel Department routines, ensuring process organization, compliance with labor legislation, and high-quality service to employees. Main Responsibilities * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Verify and organize onboarding documents; * Monitor electronic time tracking and hour bank; * Assist in payroll closing; * Administer vacations, leaves, and benefits; * Provide employee support to clarify HR and Personnel Department-related inquiries; * Organize and maintain updated physical and digital departmental files; * Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication; * Support new employee onboarding initiatives and other HR department activities. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and payroll processing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork orientation.
