Job Summary: The professional will develop and correct colors, perform weighing and mixing operations, conduct paint QC tests, and manage inventory and data entry. Key Highlights: 1. Color development and correction with fidelity to the standard 2. Inventory management and data entry into the system 3. Conducting QC tests for product release The role involves developing and/or correcting colors to achieve maximum fidelity to the color standard and specified tolerances; performing weighing, mixing, and release of paints according to technical quality standards; conducting QC tests for product release. The professional will monitor production equipment as needed and adjust hue according to customer requirements, and reuse obsolete paints. Responsibilities also include inventory management (consumption tracking, expiration dates, FIFO, 5S, and housekeeping) and data entry into the system and control spreadsheets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Completed high school education; * Flexible working hours availability.
