Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing contracts, teams, and projects, ensuring technical execution, deadlines, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Team and project management with a focus on results and technical support. 2. Development of strategies for prevention and resolution of contractual issues. 3. Liaison with clients and suppliers, keeping senior management informed. **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of contracts under their responsibility (technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, safety, and quality), always pursuing continuous improvement. Manage work teams, distributing tasks according to project scope and team competencies, providing execution support, monitoring outcomes, and assisting in addressing potential difficulties; Develop and monitor service schedules; assess risks/impacts of service delivery strategies; request and monitor resource and team mobilization; Keep senior management informed about contract progress; serve as liaison between suppliers and internal/external clients; Develop preventive and/or corrective strategies for contractual issues; manage performance indicators for contracts; plan, evaluate, and control resources for contracts; Prepare productivity indices and technical service specifications, along with their respective measurement criteria; Request and deliver necessary training to work teams; Provide technical input for the development, review, and implementation of company work procedures; Conduct technical site visits and prepare technical proposals; attend meetings as requested by the client. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Surveying, or Technical Education in Construction, Roads, or related fields. * Valid driver's license (Class B) held for at least two years. * Knowledge of surveying, contract management, people management, and quality management.
