We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in receiving goods, verifying invoices, quantities, and material specifications. * Identify and report possible discrepancies or damages in received items. * Properly organize and store materials according to internal procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to facilitate item location. * Assist in stock counting and control, performing periodic inventories. * Record incoming and outgoing material movements in the system. * Monitor product shelf life and storage conditions. * Pick and deliver materials per internal requisitions, ensuring correct item allocation. * Support stock replenishment requests to prevent shortages and operational disruptions. * Update spreadsheets and inventory management systems. * Archive documentation related to material control, such as invoices and requisitions. * Follow safety regulations and storage procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Prior experience in this role; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Experience with TOTVS/Protheus system is desirable. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to people with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public\-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector nationwide.
