Job Summary:
Execute and control administrative and financial activities, ensuring the organization and reliability of information to support management.

3. Perform journal entries, issue invoices, and control cash flow.
* Execute and control administrative and financial activities, ensuring information organization and reliability as well as timely delivery, thereby contributing to internal process efficiency and supporting management decision-making.
* Record accounts payable and receivable in systems and/or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
* Issue, verify, and control invoices, bank slips, and payment receipts.
* Monitor and control daily cash flow, performing financial reconciliations.
* Prepare periodic financial reports (weekly and monthly) to support managerial closing and performance analysis.
* Monitor and organize the company's revenue collection reports, ensuring data consistency and availability.
* Track payment and receipt deadlines, ensuring fulfillment of financial obligations.
* Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to financial operations, maintaining traceability and compliance.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and financial processes, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
