




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and cooking, bakery work, buffet assembly, and ensure hygiene and quality of food items. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation. 2. Support bakery and buffet assembly activities. 3. Ensure hygiene and quality of food items. * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation as specified on the order ticket, including washing, sanitizing, and cutting food items; placing them in appropriate containers to prepare them for cooking menu dishes. * Assist in bakery activities, such as preparing desserts, cakes, and others, when required. * Ensure quality of food items in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. * Assist in restaurant buffet, coffee break, and employee meal setup and replenishment, ensuring continuous availability. Maintain proper presentation of these items. * Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining departmental controls. Conduct briefings jointly with the kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain personal and food hygiene, and wash kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards. * Serve as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting Service Culture.
