




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, bakery tasks, buffet organization, and kitchen hygiene maintenance, following food safety standards and brand values. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to kitchen hygiene and organization. * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation as indicated on the order ticket, including washing, sanitizing, and cutting ingredients; placing them in appropriate containers to make them ready for cooking menu items. * Assist in bakery activities, such as preparing desserts, cakes, and other items when required. * Ensure food quality in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. * Assist in setting up and restocking the restaurant buffet, coffee breaks, and employee meals, ensuring they remain continuously stocked. Maintain their visual presentation. * Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining area controls. Conduct briefings jointly with the kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain personal and food hygiene, and wash kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards. * Act as an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in service culture engagement initiatives.
