The professional will be responsible for supervising production, customer service, and compliance with quality standards, ensuring team performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the production of bread, pastries, savory items, and confectionery, ensuring quality and standardization. * Directly supervise **cashiers**, ensuring excellent customer service, counter organization, and product restocking. * Manage the team (bakers, confectioners, cashiers, and assistants), organizing work schedules and routines. * Control raw material inventory, place purchase orders, and monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions. * Monitor costs and track sales, waste, and productivity metrics. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Serve customers and resolve complaints, ensuring outstanding service. * Support promotional activities and marketing strategies to increase sales. * Train and develop the team.
