Opportunity to work collaboratively and proactively Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender to work at the restaurant bar, responsible for preparing and serving beverages, cocktails, beers, and similar items per waitstaff requests. The professional will also set up and organize their workstation, verify and control supplies, maintain workplace hygiene, cleanliness, and safety, count bottles, and assist in wine sales when necessary. Main Responsibilities: Inspect workplace cleanliness; Set up and dismantle their workstation; Monitor and prepare necessary ingredients for beverage preparation, such as ice, fruits, etc.; Follow ANVISA hygiene rules and best practices for beverage preparation; Conduct beverage inventory counts; Prepare cocktails and juices. Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience as a Bartender or Assistant Bartender; Flexible availability for work hours; Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively.
