Team training on products and sales techniques Store Manager \- Work at a renowned Flower Boutique and Decoration store located in Belvedere, Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Manage the sales team, florists, and cashiers; monitor and track commercial targets; prepare staff schedules, vacation plans, and time-off arrangements. Responsible for customer experience management, ensuring an inspiring, organized environment aligned with the store’s aesthetic standards. Perform store opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, goods receiving, and inventory control. Organize and display products (visual merchandising), suggesting layout improvements to boost sales. Conduct team training on products, interior decoration trends, and consultative selling techniques. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in customer interaction. Leadership profile, team management capability, and results orientation. Knowledge of store operational routines, inventory control, and ERP systems is considered an advantage.
