This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing people management processes, contributing to talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as strengthening the organization’s HR practices and policies. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various departments; * Support onboarding initiatives and follow-up activities for new employees; * Organize and monitor daily routines and processes within the Human Resources department; * Support managers with people management-related requests; * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies and practices; * Develop and monitor HR metrics, assisting in data analysis and decision-making; * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, employee development, and engagement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR routine activities; * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical mindset with attention to processes and metrics.
