Record invoices and calculate taxes Position: Tax Assistant \- Belo Horizonte, MG ✅Objective: The professional will support the company's tax routines by verifying documents, recording invoices, calculating taxes, and fulfilling ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. ✅Main Responsibilities: \- Send check and payment order controls to banks; \- Generate open invoice reports; \- Negotiate with customers regarding debt settlement, deadlines, discounts, interest; \- Schedule payments; \- Reconcile and clear payments; \- Register, schedule, and monitor payment deadlines and amounts; \- Organize and archive documents relevant to the department; \- Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. ✅Mandatory Requirements: \- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences or a Technical Diploma in Accounting \- Basic knowledge of tax matters: invoice issuance and recording, document verification, and file organization \- Intermediate Excel proficiency ✅Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience with UAU ERP system \- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge ✅Benefits: \- Meal allowance \- Group life insurance \- Medical assistance \- Pharmacy discount ✅Selection Process Stages (estimated): Resume screening (HR) Technical interview with department manager(s) Reference checks Here, all positions are open to everyone — including people with disabilities (PwD).
