At **LM 2 Rodas**, we work with enthusiasm, inspiring passion for being and belonging—because here, everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead HR projects as an HR consultant. * Support leaders in people management routines. * Implement and document disciplinary actions. * Conduct training and development for leaders and operational teams. * Organize climate and engagement initiatives. * Participate in and lead updates to HR policies. * Manage recruitment and selection processes. * Conduct onboarding and offboarding. * Support leadership in HR performance and metrics. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Generalist experience managing end-to-end HR processes. * Experience in labor relations (LR), training, and generalist routines. **Desirable Skills** * Adaptability and agility. * Organization and priority management. * Results orientation. * Execution-oriented profile. **Still unsure if LM is the right place for you?
