Manage office supplies and track branch attendance records. **Responsibilities:** * Close, verify, and forward mailbags; sort and distribute correspondence; * Process supplier and carrier invoices; * Organize invoice files; * Supply the branch with office, hygiene, and cleaning materials; * Monitor and finalize branch attendance records, adhering to HR-defined deadlines; * Manage receipt and dispatch of HR documents for branch employees (e.g., medical certificates, onboarding documents, etc.). **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant work experience; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
