




Job Summary: Professional responsible for defining, planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality, as well as managing risks and reporting status. Budget management and conflict resolution - Define scope and strategic assumptions, identify business alternatives, and technical-economic feasibility drivers of the project. - Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedules, communication plans, and risk management plans. - Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality. - Update and manage the project schedule monthly, track adherence, and develop action plans when necessary. - Integrate the project, ensuring scope alignment across interfacing areas, and follow up on project deliverables. - Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. - Report status, results, and strategic decisions to leadership. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and legal requirements. - Apply traditional (PMBOK) and agile methodologies as required by the project. - Conduct alignment meetings, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions. - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring visibility and alignment with available resources and company strategy. - Manage conflicts by identifying tensions, analyzing causes and impacts, defining resolution and negotiation strategies, implementing agreements, and monitoring outcomes to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
