The candidate will have broad and strategic involvement, participating in various stages of legal proceedings. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting and reviewing labor court documents (petitions, submissions, and other pleadings); * Deadline tracking and filtering of official publications; * Filing submissions; * Attending hearings (initial hearings, conciliation hearings, and evidentiary hearings); * Client consultation and pre-hearing guidance; * Contacting clients to update them on case progress; * Registering clients in internal systems and organizing documentation; * Updating internal legal management systems; * Maintaining spreadsheets for settlement negotiations; * General organization and monitoring of cases assigned to the lawyer. **Requirements:** * Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in Labor Law; * Strong organizational skills and excellent deadline management; * Good communication and professional demeanor; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility.
