We are looking for a professional to join our accounting department — an organized, detail-oriented individual with foundational knowledge of accounting routines to support departmental activities. **Responsibilities in Your Daily Routine:** * Verify the assessment and calculation of taxes and contributions arising from ancillary tax obligations related to withholdings for ISS, IR, PIS, COFINS, and CSLL, as well as taxes and contributions levied on the company’s gross revenue, including: PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL. * Analyze reconciliations performed in financial statements, preparing and validating reports issued by the Division and other company units. * Verify the calculation of PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL for the company, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, checking the applicable taxation method, gross revenue, tax rates, tax bases, and relevant legislation; deducting credits authorized and permitted by law to ensure accurate calculation of due taxes; and subsequently verifying the DARFs issued for respective tax payments. * Prepare and file ancillary tax obligations — ECF (Fiscal Accounting Record), ECD (Digital Accounting Record), REINF, SPED ICMS/IPI, and BCE — for the company and its affiliates, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reported information. * Draft minutes of ordinary or extraordinary general meetings to comply with corporate legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency preferred; * Familiarity with Protheus preferred. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 835.00; * Commuter allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance; * Wellhub; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
