




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing procurement processes, addressing internal demands, ensuring vehicle logistics, and controlling financial flows. Key Highlights: 1. Purchase management and internal customer service 2. Inventory control and external administrative services 3. Vehicle logistics management and financial control * Monitor purchase order issuance through the ERP system to formalize management of various company purchases. \- Serve internal customers for their most specific needs, including obtaining quotations, registering suppliers, and completing purchases. \- Ensure parking spaces for executive vehicles are available for use by Directors. * Assist in pending matters until products are delivered to the end customer. * Support the entire procurement process of supplies for various departments of FONNTES GEOTÉCNICA, consistently securing optimal pricing and product quality, while performing inventory controls and managing external administrative services. * Ensure vehicles are fueled for use in company operations. \- Manage fuel voucher controls provided by the company to field staff. * Reconcile cash flow records used by teams for reporting to Management and Executive Leadership.
