Continue here to learn more about this position! \>Responsibilities: * Monitor operational KPIs (Bike Availability, Maintenance SLA, NPS, etc.) and propose corrective and continuous improvement action plans. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the bicycle fleet to a high quality standard. * Participate in Logistics processes and the "Bike Pra Você" Project \- iFood. * Support the implementation of standardized processes, policies, and routines, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. * Support coordination in strategic decision-making and propose continuous improvements. * Resolve process failures, operational bottlenecks, and team conflicts effectively. * Supervise shifts, schedules, productivity, and working hours to ensure efficient operational coverage. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team, ensuring application of people-related policies and procedures under management responsibility. \>Education: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. \>Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in operations. * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and proficiency in KPI management. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Brazilian driver's license, Category B. \>Why join us: We work every day to inspire and make it easy for thousands of people to change their daily routines and the cities they live in.
