The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering appropriate service to internal and external customers. **Responsibilities** * Ensure correct warehouse operational procedures and functionality, directly contributing to the company's operational continuity; * Address **unexpected issues** promptly, proposing practical and effective solutions; * Maintain **clear and efficient communication** with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment of expectations, understanding of requirements, and prevention of inconveniences; * Perform **time management**, balancing multiple demands and priorities in an organized manner; * Work across various areas of the department, including: Inventory management; Goods receipt and dispatch; Inspections and verifications; Basic knowledge of fiscal documentation. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., **TOTVS, CM NET, SAP**). * Experience with **goods receipt and dispatch control**. * Familiarity with **inventory counting**. * Proficiency in **basic computer skills**. * Ability to maintain **accurate records** of material movements, ensuring appropriate stock levels aligned with company demands. * Understanding of **request, quotation, and order tracking processes**, along with the ability to manage suppliers and deadlines. * Clear communication, adhering to regulations, ethics, and internal guidelines.
