Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the operation and control of sprinkler systems, preparation and operation of industrial machinery, monitoring of quality parameters, and preparation of daily reports. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and control of sprinkler systems and industrial machinery. 2. Responsibility for quality and machining parameters of parts. 3. Preparation of daily reports and equipment monitoring. Operates and controls the sprinkler system. Prepares, adjusts, and operates industrial machines and tools, being responsible for controlling machining parameters and part quality. Maintains radio communication with the machine operator to execute tasks. Assists in adjusting and maintaining devices, positioning them according to specified techniques and performing necessary adjustments. Notifies maintenance in case of failures. Responsible for controlling consumables and facilities, observing operational limits and conditions of equipment and systems through monitoring. Prepares daily reports, Incident Reports, and other related documentation by recording maintenance activities. Manages shift-related activities, ensuring compliance with and enforcement of operating instructions, manuals, procedures, and Activation Procedures, while keeping the Manager and Coordinator informed of significant events within the COS. Cleans the sprinkler tray. Performs other duties as required by company needs and inherent to the role, adhering to and respecting safety regulations and continuous improvement practices in the workplace.
