Implement internal marketing strategies and enhance employee experience An organization specializing in legal services seeks a Generalist Human Resources Analyst in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Manage A\&S processes from alignment through hiring. Support People Development initiatives and onboarding of new hires. Implement internal marketing strategies and improve employee experience. Contribute to the formulation of HR policies, procedures, and metrics. Assist with general HR activities and other DHO-related tasks. Previous experience as a Specialist HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, HR Consultant, or HR Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
