We are looking for a **DESIGN COORDINATOR** to help us fulfill this mission by **leading and developing the Design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with the company’s strategy**. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Leading and developing the Design team. * Ensuring the quality of UX/UI deliverables, encouraging intuitive, consistent solutions aligned with the company’s design standards. * Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to transform strategic goals into experiences that generate value for customers and the business. * Facilitating prioritization discussions and supporting solution definition based on data, user feedback, and business context. * Strengthening a culture of research, usability, and customer voice in product decisions. * Encouraging the use and evolution of components, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability in interfaces. * Promoting the use of AI tools and resources in the Design process, identifying opportunities for increased productivity, quality, and innovation. * Ensuring alignment among user vision, product strategy, and company impact. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * At least 3 years of proven leadership experience. * A degree in Design, Communications, Psychology, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in UX, UI, discovery, usability testing, and building user-centered experiences. * Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to facilitate alignments with clarity, assertiveness, and systemic thinking. * Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives in decision-making. * Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in multidisciplinary environments. * Knowledge of design systems, usability heuristics, and interaction best practices. * Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, or applications in the context of Design, Product Discovery, research, prototyping, and operational efficiency gains. * A proactive, collaborative, hands-on, and results-oriented profile. **Nice-to-have qualifications include:** * Experience with B2B SaaS products. * Experience working at HR Tech companies. * Experience structuring or evolving a Design System. * Initiatives promoting AI adoption within Design, Product, or Technology teams. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with strong connections between strategy, execution, and business. **Still unsure if Sólides is the right place to work?
