Responsible for internal communication and endomarketing This position aims primarily to create and maintain an environment of continuous development and high performance, enabling all employees to achieve exceptional results. * Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests related to HR and provide assistance to other departments; * + Assist supervisors in carrying out management procedures; + Act as a facilitator and engage employees in practicing the company’s values and culture; + Lead end-to-end recruitment processes; + Conduct onboarding training for new employees; + Support employees by answering questions regarding company policies and procedures; + Provide guidance, conduct onboarding, and update records for new hires; + Provide support to the Personnel Department as required; + Supervise the Quality Monitoring Department as required; + Responsible for the company’s internal communication; + Manage departmental performance indicators; + Plan, execute, and monitor endomarketing initiatives; + Act as a facilitator and engage employees in practicing the company’s values and culture; + Provide support to other group companies.
