Identification of opportunities and facilitation between the company and franchises **REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT (MINAS GERAIS)** Responsible for in-person engagement in regions where the company operates active power plants, monitoring franchise performance, delivering operational and commercial support, strengthening relationships, and enhancing local results. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead sales processes (approvals, negotiations, and closing), including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and efficiently concluding sales; * Conduct frequent in-person visits to CDT (Cartão de Todos) franchises located in regions where the company operates active power plants; * Monitor franchise CDT operations and daily commercial activities; * Provide practical guidance, direction, and support to CDT franchises; * Assist in developing regional multipliers; * Identify operational needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; * Act as a facilitator between the company and CDT franchises, ensuring synergy and collaboration; * Identify actions, strategies, and adjustments required to improve sales performance; * Submit strategic information to leadership and partners to support decision-making. * Work to achieve and exceed the company's established sales targets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in sales; * Willingness to conduct visits/travel. **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** * Employment Type: CLT * Work Model: Hybrid, with visits/travel as needed. * Work Location: Minas Gerais * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Base Salary * Performance Bonus * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance – iFood! * Birthday Day Off * Life and Accident Insurance * Cartão de TODOS (available after 3 months) * Refuturiza Platform (access to numerous online courses) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
