IT Operations Manager

Job Summary: Manage critical IT infrastructure and systems, lead a team, and ensure high availability and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive leadership of a team of approximately 25 people 2. Strategic management of critical IT infrastructure and systems 3. Focus on process optimization and reduction of operational risks **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, e\-mails, and operational software; * Supervise critical systems such as SAP, WMS, TMS, CRM, and legacy systems; * Ensure high availability, information security, and performance of systems and infrastructure; * Develop strategies to optimize processes and reduce operational risks; * Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 25 people; * Implement best practices in governance and regulatory compliance; * Manage IT service providers and contracts; * Report directly to the Head of Technology at Friopeças (CTO). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in infrastructure management, ERP systems, and IT governance; * Project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies; * Ability to handle fast-paced operations and high-pressure environments; * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills; * Resilient profile with a sense of urgency and ability to solve complex problems; * Proactive leadership, results-oriented, and committed to team development.
