Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising all mechanical maintenance activities for the fleet and equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety. Development and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs) Fleet Manager Department: Operations / Maintenance Work Location: Santa Maria Ecologic – Nationwide Coverage Reports To: Operations Directorate General Description: A professional responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising all mechanical maintenance activities for Santa Maria Ecológica on a nationwide basis, ensuring operational efficiency, availability, and safety of the entire fleet (trucks) and equipment used in the company's active contracts. Will directly lead the internal mechanical team and manage third-party maintenance companies, ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and defined budgets. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the company's internal mechanical team, distributed across operational units in Brazil; * Supervise and audit services provided by workshops and third-party mechanical maintenance companies; * Establish and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for all mechanical assets of the company; (implement) * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and cost parameters established for maintenance across all contracts; * Develop and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor maintenance and team productivity; * Conduct technical evaluation of parts, components, and new equipment procurement, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratio and standardization; * Support technical training of the mechanical team, promoting training programs and best operational practices; * Prepare periodic managerial reports for the executive board, including critical analysis and improvement proposals; * Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to technical and legal standards in the company's mechanical activities. Key Equipment Under Responsibility: * Trucks (various configurations and applications); * Hydraulic balers for waste; * Electric and combustion-powered forklifts; * Bobcat (mini-loader); * Tractors used in waste handling and disposal operations. Requirements: * Proven experience in fleet and heavy equipment maintenance management, particularly with the equipment listed above; * Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate third-party maintenance contracts; * Willingness to travel across various regions of the country; * Proactive profile with strategic vision, results orientation, and problem-solving capability.
