Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Analyst to operate the PACE system, ensuring stability, availability, and evolution of critical applications while investigating complex issues. We support industrial facilities throughout their entire lifecycle, integrating technology, innovation, and sustainability to transform challenges into solutions. **Your Mission** We seek a Support Analyst to directly operate the PACE system, responsible for ensuring stability, availability, and evolution of critical production environment applications. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy investigating complex problems, addressing incident root causes, and working closely with clients to deliver an excellent experience. You will be a key player in system support, participating in technical analyses, improvement development, and decisions that directly impact business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, control, and monitor project financials, including budgeting, cash flow, revenue, measurements, and billing. * Prepare management reports and project performance analyses to support leadership decision-making. * Monitor contract costs, risks, variances, and opportunities, proposing preventive and corrective actions to ensure project outcomes. * Support contract management, including price adjustments, addendums, scope control, and coordination with internal departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal. * Ensure timely updates of KPIs, systems, and controls, driving continuous process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in project financial planning and control. * Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, measurements, and billing. * Proficiency in Excel and project management tools. * Experience in contract management, cost control, and KPI analysis.
