




Job Summary: An experienced accounting professional to supervise accounting processes, ensure legal compliance, manage performance indicators, optimize processes, provide consultative client support, and promote internal alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and validate accounting processes and financial statements. 2. Manage performance indicators and optimize internal processes. 3. Serve as the focal point for advisory and strategic client support. **Technical and Operational Management** Supervise and validate all company accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, monthly closings, financial statements, trial balances, and balance sheets. Ensure accurate profit and loss determination and preparation of ancillary accounting obligations. Ensure compliance of operations with current legislation and accounting standards (BRGAAP and, where applicable, IFRS). Periodically analyze accounting entries and reports, correcting any inconsistencies and enhancing data accuracy. **Indicator and Process Management** Design and monitor key departmental indicators, such as productivity, quality, rework, delivery SLA, errors, and returns. Develop and implement continuous improvement routines to optimize internal processes and reduce failures. Promote efficient use of departmental systems and contribute to enhancing work tools. **Client Relationship Management** Serve as the focal point for advisory and strategic client support within your area of responsibility. Lead alignment meetings, results presentations, and discussions regarding queries and pending items. Ensure client satisfaction by proactively preventing and resolving issues. Support the commercial team in technical analysis of new contracts and clients, when required. **Internal Alignment** Maintain ongoing integration with managers of other departments, ensuring proper information flow and consistent delivery of obligations. Participate in management meetings, contributing strategic insights and proposing cross-departmental improvements. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. Solid experience in accounting routines, balance sheet closing, financial statement analysis, and client support. Proven experience in team management and leadership of technical teams. Knowledge and practical experience in monitoring and analyzing indicators. Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). **Desirable:** Experience in accounting services for multiple clients. Knowledge of accounting process automation. Experience with external audits.
