Job Summary: Design, develop, and coordinate solutions during feasibility and detailing phases, focusing on constructability and accuracy, and develop BIM models. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on constructability and quantity takeoff accuracy 2. Development of BIM models (LOD, 4D/5D, QTO) 3. Integration with disciplines and support for Gates/Design Reviews Design, develop, and coordinate solutions across FEL0–FEL3 phases (feasibility, conceptual, basic, and detailed design), with emphasis on constructability, clash detection, and quantity takeoff accuracy. · Production/validation of drawings and models; preparation of clash maps, coordination, and support for Gates/Design Reviews. Development of BIM models (LOD, libraries, standardization, clash detection, 4D/5D, QTO), integration with disciplines, and support for RIPLAs and implementation sequencing.
