Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for integrating and supporting the assessment of environmental regularization strategies, managing environmental licensing processes, and ensuring environmental compliance of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Environmental licensing management for infrastructure and mining projects 2. Monitoring and assurance of legal and environmental conditional requirements 3. Development and implementation of ESG and sustainability policies \- Integrate and support the assessment of environmental regularization strategies, evaluation of project-critical failures, and analysis of interferences (cavity radii, third-party properties, land use and occupation). \- Manage stages of environmental licensing processes for infrastructure, mining, water resources, and civil works projects. \- Identify and monitor compliance with legal requirements to meet all applicable environmental legislation. \- Prepare enterprise characterization and descriptions of directly affected areas to support consolidation of environmental studies to be formally submitted to the environmental agency. \- Prepare, review, and monitor technical documents, environmental studies (EIA/RIMA, RCA/PCA/PBA), impact reports, and technical opinions. \- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements, conditions, and license validity. \- Map environmental interferences and propose solutions. \- Ensure environmental compliance of projects by structuring geospatial databases, performing territorial analyses, and integrating environmental information into 3D models to support decision-making, compatibility assessments, and licensing. \- Spatial environmental analyses: delineate sensitive areas (Legal Reserves, Conservation Units, buffer zones), access routes, land use, conflicts, and interferences; calculate volumetrics and potential impacts. \- Develop and implement ESG, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility policies and practices.
