




Job Summary: Responsible for food pre-preparation and sanitation, organization and small-scale food production under supervision, and for cleaning the workplace and storage areas. Responsible for cleaning the workplace and equipment Food pre-preparation and sanitation, organization and small-scale food production across various kitchen departments under the guidance of the chef and/or nutritionist. Includes cutting, washing, sorting, selecting vegetables, meats, grains, onions, garlic, tomatoes; boiling water; selecting food items; draining; cooking; seasoning; and tasting. Ensures sanitation of the workplace, equipment, and utensils, and stores foodstuffs in accordance with good hygiene practices.
