Manage and develop the team **Job Description:** Supervise the activities of production, cafeteria, and distribution teams, ensuring adherence to established routines and standards; Ensure food preparations comply with menus, technical specifications, and good practices, guaranteeing compliance with health surveillance and nutrition council regulations; Develop and implement the UAN Good Practices Manual, keeping it up to date; Develop and implement UAN Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), keeping them up to date; Monitor UAN workflow and adjust processes as required by operational needs; Coordinate food quality control from receipt through distribution; Guide, monitor, and evaluate the performance of technical and operational staff; Support work scheduling and staff reassignment according to departmental needs; Provide frequent feedback to the team, both collectively and individually; Ensure process standardization across both shifts; Conduct, monitor, and critically analyze results within areas of responsibility through monthly meetings (critical analyses at Levels I, II, and III); Manage the team under supervision, including vacation scheduling, timekeeping, performance evaluation, input on hiring, transfers, role adjustments, and dismissals, as well as other personnel management duties in accordance with organizational procedures and applicable legislation, ensuring team motivation and a positive organizational climate. And other related duties. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition.
