Job Objective Ensure control, monitoring, and direction of driver activities, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, routes, and operational standards, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service quality. Minimum Requirements Education Completed high school (technical education in Logistics or related fields preferred). Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of traffic legislation and driver working hours (CLT and/or Driver's Law). Basic Microsoft Office suite (for schedule control, reporting, and performance indicators). Behavioral Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Ownership mindset. Main Responsibilities Control and monitor driver and vehicle schedules. Monitor route execution in real time, intervening when necessary. Record operational incidents and propose immediate solutions. Support performance indicator management (punctuality, route deviations, travel time). Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to ensure fleet availability and compliance.
