Job Summary: Manage the fleet, lead the driver team, operationalize schedules, ensure fulfillment of customer orders and targets, and develop projects. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership of drivers and fleet management 2. Focus on organization, operationalization, and achievement of targets 3. Project development and attention to driver requests JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize fleet dispatch; Lead the driver team; Prepare schedules; Operationalize schedules; Inspect vehicles; Ensure fulfillment of customer orders; Handle incidents; Develop projects; Receive and analyze the Daily Operations Report; Ensure alignment with objectives and targets; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Respond to requests and listen to drivers; Team management; Meet deadlines established by the immediate manager and service response deadlines according to the equipment used (Preventive Maintenance Plan).
