




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling luggage, providing customer service and information, and performing various administrative tasks related to passenger and freight transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and support 2. Management and organization of luggage and travel documentation 3. Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities: \- Load and unload luggage \- Label and verify luggage \- Provide information and clarifications to customers \- Release arriving and departing vehicles \- Verify passengers inside the vehicle and complete the RT form with required information \- Weigh and charge for excess luggage when applicable \- Complete the boarding pass envelope and deliver it to the driver \- Complete baggage damage or loss complaint forms \- Complete the cargo dispatch list when merchandise is shipped, and deliver it to the driver \- Submit expense reports to the supervisor **Availability for a rotating 5x1 schedule from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM is required; availability for weekends and holidays is mandatory** Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
