Focus on product quality and excellence in customer service **Key Responsibilities:** * **People Management:** Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the customer service and ice cream maker team. * **Operations:** Oversee store opening and closing, ensure cleanliness and sanitary standards. * **Customer Service:** Ensure excellence in customer service. * **Administrative/Financial:** Control inventory, place purchase orders, manage cash flow, and prepare performance reports (daily/monthly targets). * **Product:** Maintain the quality of offered products. **Common Requirements:** * Prior experience in store management, preferably in the food or retail sector. * Flexible availability (weekends and holidays). * Leadership, organization, and strong communication skills.
