




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and organizing food, ensuring meal quality and departmental hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and organize food according to the menu 2. Ensure the quality of served meals 3. Maintain hygiene and organization of the department Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule. Responsibilities: Prepare food according to the daily menu for snacks, lunch, and dinner; Chop, season, and prepare meats; Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and legumes; Assemble and replenish food at the distribution counter; Identify and store prepared food; Ensure the quality of served meals; Wash and clean stoves, ovens, countertops, and assist in internal cleaning and organization of the department; Attend trainings and meetings when required.
