Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists to manage front-desk operations at a sales showroom, focusing on customer reception and visit scheduling for a rapidly expanding construction company. Supporting the overall smooth operation of the sales showroom We are a construction company with over two decades of experience, recognized for high-standard developments and superior construction quality. Headquartered in Belo Horizonte, the company is currently undergoing expansion. We have 2 openings for Receptionist / Customer Service Management to work at the sales showroom of a new building project in Vale do Sereno, Nova Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** · Greet customers and brokers courteously and professionally; · Open and close the showroom, controlling visitor access and stay duration; · Organize the visit schedule and ensure adherence to scheduled times; · Answer calls and messages via phone and official WhatsApp; · Register and update leads in the designated SYSTEM (CRM), ensuring all leads (customers) and visits are accurately recorded; · Distribute and collect visitor registration forms from customers and brokers; · Coordinate cleaning schedules and restocking of supplies (coffee, water, support items); · Support the overall smooth operation of the sales showroom. **Work Schedule:** · Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM · Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM · CLT employment contract · Fuel allowance or transportation voucher · Meal allowance: BRL 572.00 per month Job Type: Full-time CLT **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
