Collaborate with workshops and internal departments BUYER TO WORK FOR A VEHICLE PROTECTION COMPANY Main Responsibilities Conduct quotations with various suppliers to obtain the best prices, delivery times, and payment terms. Source original, equivalent, or compatible parts according to requirements and contractual coverage. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Evaluate supplier reliability and delivery history. Monitor logistics for part deliveries to workshops or designated locations, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Assist in managing returned or exchanged parts due to incompatibility. Collaborate with accredited workshops, appraisers, and claims adjusters. Work closely with claims adjustment, logistics, and finance departments. Ensure all procurement activities comply with Aston guidelines, applicable laws, and internal procedures.
