**JOB SUMMARY:**
Responsible for analyzing, regulating, and monitoring claims/event processes, ensuring accurate assessment of damages, repair costs, and compliance with internal procedures. Handles cases from initial reporting through to closure, ensuring regulatory compliance, service quality, and financial control.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Re-analyze events (claims), verifying parts, services performed, and consistency of submitted information.
* Assess the event and vehicle repair, ensuring procedures comply with company guidelines.
* Request the Events Analyst to collect the quote from the member; payment may be made directly to the workshop or to the member.
* Forward cases to the Purchaser for parts quotation after initial technical analysis.
* Authorize repairs with the workshop, ensuring no work begins before the quote is settled.
* Analyze and manage parts supplementation processes when new damages are identified during vehicle disassembly, restarting the approval workflow.
* Provide end-to-end claims monitoring, ensuring timeliness, quality, and alignment among involved parties.
* Validate final repair via analysis of photos submitted by the workshop, releasing the settlement certificate upon approval.
* Ensure that, after the member's signature, the workshop forwards the settlement certificate and invoice (NF) to the finance department.
* Record damaged parts in the system, classifying them according to the following scenarios:
* + Repair authorization
+ Repair cost below quote (advising member to proceed with private repair)
+ Total indemnification (VFI – Financially Unviable Vehicle / total loss)
* Participate, together with coordination and supervision, in total loss analysis.
* Conduct online quality inspections, requesting additional information and images as needed.
